Sport in Ramadan

In Ramadan, we have a healthy pause

Sport is a health necessity and not a luxury, so we must be keen to exercise in Ramadan daily, while taking some important precautions so that we do not get sick or complications.

Among the most important of these precautions: drinking plenty of water between breakfast and suhoor, and not exercising in the morning during fasting to avoid dehydration, and it is not permissible to exercise immediately after breakfast, as it is necessary to wait 2-3 hours, and not exceed the exercise period Duration of an hour, with replacement of lost fluids. For the elderly, walking is the best exercise, and it is recommended three hours after breakfast for only 45-60 minutes.

It is important to remember that exercising without fluid replacement may expose a person to many indispensable problems, especially tendon infections, joint pain and kidney problems.

Your health is important to us so stay safe.
